ABOUT ME

My journey in the skin care industry began in 1997. I always loved helping customers to look and feel beautiful & soon realised my passion for marketing and business would lead me to exceptional business success and opportunities of growth to become one of Australias leading skin business owners.

With over 25 years of experience in the spa and wellness industry I have a wealth of experience from hotel spas, Skin Care companies & experience in salons and Medi Spas.

I have been recognised by my industry peers & awarded the highest accolades in the industry including being named:

5 x ABIA WINNER including Best Business Leader & Best Customer Service & Marketing

Twice named the Global Winner Best Spa Manager in the World Luxury Spa Awards

Winner – Australian Beauty Salon of the Year, twice

Bathurst Business of the Year and Business Leader of the Year for Orange & Bathurst.

I was a co-founder of ABIC (Aesthetic Beauty Industry Council ) in 2019.

I am often asked to speak at events and industry conferences and I have a passion for education and training our future therapists to be award winning skin experts with a passion for service and creating a fabulous customer experience.

Outside of the skin & spa industry, I love to help our native wildlife and give back to others in need.
